Call on Labor to say NO to Adani

Angels_cropped.jpg

Join us in Preston on Wednesday morning to send a strong message to local MP David Feeney that Labor must say NO to the Adani Carmichael mine.

The mine will have a devastating impact on our Great Barrier Reef and make the climate emergency worse.

Federal Labor are deeply divided on the issue of whether coal is good for humanity.

We want local MP David Feeney and the Labor Party to show leadership to the community by taking a stand on this critical national issue.

We need to transition to renewable energy sources urgently. Giving the green light to this massive new mine will set us back from this important work.

Join us outside David Feeney's office to show him that we care deeply about the Reef and a safe climate.  We will then travel to Labor leader Bill Shorten's office to deliver the same strong message.

Wednesday 21st December

8.45am David Feeney's office, 159 High Street, Preston

9.45am Bill Shorten's office, 12 Hall Street, Moonee Ponds

Please feel free to bring along your own personal message
