Special guest Imogen Jubb Beyond Zero Emissions

We are in one of the most challenging periods of our time - facing a future of high unemployment, economic uncertainty and climate crisis. Beyond Zero Emissions (BZE) has a clear and exciting plan - The Million Jobs Plan - for how we can boost jobs, upskill our workforce and decarbonize our industry. 

Please join us on Thursday 6th August at 7pm for a conversation with our special guest, Imogen Jubb, BZE's National Manager of the Zero Carbon Communities Program.  Imogen will highlight key elements of BZE's plan and talk to us about how local communities, like ours, can be part of the solution.

We are thrilled to have Imogen as our guest. She has an impressive CV and has provided advice to organisations such as the Australian Conservation Foundation, the Bureau of Meteorology and the CSIRO. She has published articles in The Age, SBS, Huffington Post and The Fifth Estate, worked as a television presenter and script writer for the ABC and co-authored reports with some of Australia’s leading climate-change scientists. 

BZE is an internationally recognised energy think-tank, that shows through independent research and innovative solutions how Australia can thrive through a transition to a zero-emissions economy.
